This is a healthy breakfast smoothie by a beautiful friend of mine, Paige. Her measurements are a bit, well lets say not percise but I tend to be the same when making my own. Just pour in the fruit and lets see how it tastes. Has some of my favorite ingredients, cantaloupe and kiwi’s (love kiwi’s) and a natural and healthy sweetener in honey. Along with a boost of Omega-3’s from the flax seeds this will be a great smoothie to start out your day!

- Handful cranberries
- Handful frozen cantaloupe
- 1 kiwi
- 1 tsp raw honey
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
They always taste better in a mason jar, trust me Enjoy
