This smoothie makes a great healthy breakfast smoothie or a refreshing snack any time of the day. I stocked up on some different fruits last week and had to start using them. and wanted something lite this time around. This one is a bit more juice and not as thick as the banana or yogurt smoothies.
2 Cups Black Grapes (you can use red or green if you wish)
2 Cups Frozen Peaches
1 Cup Frozen Strawberries (about 2-3 large ones)
1 Tablespoon Flaxseed (get those Omega-3s)
1 Cup of Water (or Ice)
This makes about 4 cups worth or for me 2 servings add some non fat yogurt if you want to cream it up and get a boost of protein! Can even add a tablespoon of Agave if you want it a little sweeter.
