Here is a simple one I just threw together a few mins ago and mmmm was it tasty. As always you are welcome to add any additive as yogurt, flaxseed or protein. I decided to keep it simple as I was looking to boost rehydration and vitamins.
1 med sized banana
2 Nectarines (goes with out saying please pit them)
1 cup (or so) of frozen peaches
1/4 cup of water
1 cup of ice
Being a dude, not sure the correct way to pit a nectarine but I found it easy to just start cutting away at the fruit around the pit and toss the chunks in. Special note, make sure all stickers are off your fruits. They dont liquefy in any blender
