School is getting out here in So. California and summer vacation is about to start. Although our summer so far has been a mild one, and I hope that continues, but when it warms up this is a nice smoothie to cool you off and stay healthy as well.
- 1 cup organic lemonade
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup non fat yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1 cup ice
- 1 pack or scoop of Amazing Grass Energy Green Superfood Lemon Lime Flavor
Well the last one is optional but it adds lots of nutrients from veggi’s and leafy greens, as well as adding to the flavor
